& Inventory Module
Demand planning and forecasting is built directly into POSmart’s
data model and data integration processes. Thus, the demand planning
and forecasting processes are applied each time new data enters
the POSmart staging area. These processes are completely automated
and require no manual intervention. The processes can be customized
based on customer input.

- Trend, de-seasonality and seasonality
- Lead-time forecast
- Current revenue impact if out-of-stocks exist (allows
you to prioritize corrective action)
- Potential revenue impact (computed over the lead-time
forecast)

- Zero Scans (indicates phantom inventory and potential
shrink)
